90-Day Raleigh Launch System

A market authority is built in sequence, not announced on a launch day.

Five phases, fifteen weeks. Each phase produces assets the next one depends on. This page documents the sequence, tracks what is live, and states plainly what is still in development.

The launch system is an operating plan, not a promise of results. No date, venue, publication or partnership is announced here before it is confirmed.

Phase A is built. Phase B is in production. Nothing carries a date yet.

The infrastructure below is real and navigable — the press kit, the journalist desk, the research center, the local desk. The research itself is not published, because it is not finished, and the event is not dated, because there is no venue. Publishing a launch timeline we could not keep would cost more trust than having no timeline at all.

The sequence

Five phases, and what each one actually produces.

Ordered by dependency rather than ambition — Phase C does not start until Phase B has something worth pitching.

Phase A · Days 1–15

Stand up the publication infrastructure. Everything downstream depends on there being somewhere real to send people.

Live

Phase B · Days 16–30

Produce the first real research. Authority is downstream of having published something nobody else has.

In development

Phase C · Days 31–45

Outreach. Every track below is a relationship type with a defined owner and a defined first ask.

Planned

Phase D · Days 46–60

Publication and the first event. The event exists to release the research, not the other way round.

Planned
  • Annual market event. No date or venue is published until both are real.

  • Publication, embargo handling and citation guidance.

  • Distributed on release, archived on the press page.

  • Targeted, per-beat, using the story angle bank.

  • Event follow-upPlanned

    Role-specific nurture by attendance.

  • Media asset distributionPlanned

Charts, quotes and images released for republication.

Phase E · Days 61–90

Convert the launch into a standing operation, and document it so the next city repeats it rather than reinventing it.

Planned

Watch the launch happen.

The research lands in the newsletter before it is public. One email a month, no sequence in between.

Questions

How this is run.

Why publish the launch system instead of keeping it internal?+
Because the research is the product. A market authority is built by publishing what it finds, and the fastest way to be believed is to show the method as well as the output. It also means the sequence is documentable — the point of Phase E is a playbook that works again in the next city rather than a one-off.
What happens if a phase slips?+
The phases are ordered by dependency, not by calendar ambition. Nothing in Phase C or D works without the Phase A infrastructure and the Phase B research. If the research is not ready, the event does not get announced — which is why no date is published anywhere on this site yet.
Why is nothing dated?+
Because dates that are not real are worse than no dates. Every entry point here either points at something that exists or states plainly that it does not yet. When the research is published and the venue is confirmed, both appear on this page with the same immediacy as the rest of the site.
How do I follow the launch as it happens?+
The Raleigh Housing Intelligence™ newsletter is the primary channel, and it is where a report lands before it is public. If you are a journalist, the journalist desk carries the direct route.
