Acquire Group Homes

Sponsorship Center

Reach operators and property ownerswho are actively making decisions.

A business-to-business audience of housing operators, property owners, investors and the professionals around them. Sponsorship here is labelled clearly enough that a reader can always tell it from our own work — which is precisely what makes it worth buying.

Acquire Group Homes™ accepts sponsorship only in forms that are clearly labelled as sponsorship, and never inside the research desk, the news desk or the intelligence library.

Everything here is labelled as sponsorship. That is the product.

An audience that suspects the editorial is for sale stops trusting all of it — including the parts that were never sponsored. Keeping the line visible is not a concession we make to sponsors; it is the reason the audience is worth reaching in the first place. If a sponsorship requires the label to be less obvious, it is the wrong sponsorship for this platform.

What is available

Four sponsorship surfaces.

Each one has a stated form, a stated limit, and a disclosure rule. Nothing here is negotiable on the disclosure.

Research

Research underwriting

Underwrite a study and be named as its underwriter on the published document and in every citation of it.

Your name appears on the cover and in the methodology section as underwriter. Findings, method and limitations remain entirely ours — underwriting buys visibility, never influence over a result.

Named underwriting only. No editorial review of findings.

Media

Media franchise sponsorship

Sponsor a media franchise — an interview series, a briefing or a report — with a clearly labelled presenting credit.

Your organisation is credited as the presenting sponsor of the series, in the show notes and on the franchise landing page. Each sponsored episode carries a spoken and written sponsorship disclosure.

Disclosure on every sponsored piece, without exception.

Events

The State of Shared Housing — Raleigh™

Sponsor the annual Raleigh market event. Reach operators, property owners, investors and referral organisations in one room.

Tiered packages covering the main stage, the operator breakout, the property-owner session and the referral-organisation track. Sponsors receive a named presence, not a speaking slot on a subject outside their expertise.

No sponsored content inside the research or news sessions.

Distribution

Briefing sponsorship

Present a Raleigh Housing Intelligence™ briefing to the operator list, marked as sponsored in the subject line and the body.

Sent as a clearly separate, clearly labelled sponsored briefing — never interleaved into the editorial newsletter, and never formatted to look like one of ours.

Label in the subject line, not only in the footer.

What we decline

The sponsorships we turn down.

An inventory is only meaningful if it has edges. These are ours, stated before you spend time on a proposal rather than after.

Anything that requires a finding to be softened, delayed or dropped
Sponsored content placed inside the research desk, news desk or library
Placement the reader could mistake for independent editorial or research
Anything that implies our endorsement of a sponsor's product or service
Anything that implies a licensing, legal or clinical endorsement
Sponsorship of housing placements, referrals or resident sourcing
Anything targeting residents rather than operators and professionals
Anything we cannot label clearly enough that a reader would not be misled

Who this audience is

Who sponsorship actually reaches.

Stated plainly, because a sponsorship bought against the wrong audience is a waste of a budget rather than a favour to us.

The audience

  • Housing operators and aspiring operators
  • Property owners and landlords weighing organisational tenancy
  • Real-estate investors funding housing acquisitions
  • Attorneys, CPAs, insurers and brokers serving operators
  • Referral and case-management organisations
  • Professionals evaluating property-control structures

Who it is for

  • Title companies, escrow and settlement services
  • Real-estate attorneys and compliance professionals
  • Insurance carriers and brokers serving shared housing
  • Lenders and capital providers funding operators
  • Property-management and maintenance platforms
  • Accounting, bookkeeping and operator software
  • Furniture, fixtures and house-setup suppliers
  • Professional services serving property owners and investors

Sponsorship enquiry

Request the pack.

Tell us who you are and what you would want to sponsor. We will send the current inventory with rates and availability, and tell you honestly if what you want is something we decline.

Rates on request. The pack carries current pricing and what is already committed for the year, so you are not proposing into a slot that closed last month.

Questions

How sponsorship works here.

Can we sponsor a research report and review it before publication?+
You may review it for factual accuracy about your own organisation — your name, your role, your data contribution. You may not review it for findings, framing, tone or conclusions. If a sponsor needs a say in what a study concludes, the study is not research, and we will decline the underwriting rather than publish something a reader cannot trust.
How is sponsored content labelled?+
At the top, not the bottom. Sponsored emails carry the label in the subject line. Sponsored episodes carry a spoken disclosure at the open and a written one in the show notes. Sponsored pages carry a disclosure banner above the first line of content. If a reader has to scroll to discover that something was paid for, the label is in the wrong place.
What audience does sponsorship reach?+
Housing operators and aspiring operators, property owners and landlords considering organisational tenancy, real-estate investors, and the referral and professional network around them — attorneys, CPAs, insurers, brokers and case-management organisations. It is a business-to-business audience of people making property and operating decisions, not consumers.
Do you publish audience numbers?+
We publish what we can substantiate and nothing we cannot. Where a sponsorship proposal depends on reach figures, we will give you the numbers we actually hold, with their source and their date — rather than an impressive figure with no origin. If we do not have a number you need, we will say so.
Can we sponsor something targeted at residents?+
No. The audience here is operators, property owners, investors and professionals. We do not publish material aimed at residents, and we do not allow sponsored material into any channel that reaches them. This is a boundary rather than a preference, and it is not negotiable at any level of sponsorship.
