Control point 5 — Property · Property submission
Tell us about your property.
If you own a house that might suit shared housing, tell us about it. We review every submission against what operators are actually looking for — and we will tell you honestly if it is not a fit.
No obligation and no cost. Submitting a property does not commit you to anything.
What happens next
We review the submission
Against the criteria operators are actively looking for in the market where the property sits.
We tell you either way
If it fits, we explain why and what the next conversation looks like. If not, we tell you that too.
Any arrangement starts with disclosure
Before anything is signed, you receive the intended use of the property in writing.
Your counsel reviews everything
We expect you to have a lawyer review any lease, option or financing document. So should the operator.
What we will never ask
- To hide the intended use of the property
- To violate HOA restrictions
- To ignore zoning or occupancy requirements
- To conceal occupancy from anyone
- To violate insurance or mortgage requirements
We want transparent, sustainable deals. If the use does not fit the property or its rules, we would rather find out before anyone signs.
Submissions are reviewed in the order received. Complex properties take longer than straightforward ones.

Read the owner's side first.
The property-owner page explains what an organizational tenant relationship looks like, what you should insist on, and what we will never ask you to do.
