I operate housing
Every operator receives
referrals that don’t fit.
Wrong county. Wrong population. Wrong care level. Wrong configuration. Right now each of those is a lost placement for everyone. The Operator Network™ turns it into a handoff — operators referring operators, with the fit documented and the boundaries respected.
Membership is open to operators of legally permissible shared-housing models. Listing is not an endorsement and does not represent any form of certification.
The waste
A placement that doesn't fit your house is a placement that fits someone's.
Operators hoard referrals out of scarcity. Then the person doesn't get housed, the referrer loses confidence in the whole category, and the next operator gets fewer calls.
Referral relationships are regional assets, not private ones. A discharge planner who has one bad experience with one operator becomes cautious about all of them. A reentry coordinator who cannot place three people in a row stops calling the category entirely.
The network fixes that at the operator level. You receive something outside your scope, you hand it to an operator you know can serve it, and the referrer learns that reaching out to any of us works. The market gets bigger instead of more suspicious.
The rule that makes it work
Hand off what you cannot serve, and never take what you cannot serve. An operator who accepts a placement outside their model to fill a bed is how houses get shut down — and how the whole network loses credibility.
What you get
Inbound cross-referrals
Referrals from other operators that match your population, geography and configuration.
Peer operators
People solving the same problems — vendors, staffing, difficult placements, landlord conversations.
Regional visibility
Your operation appears in the directory the network and referrers use to understand regional capacity.
Compliance updates
Changes to state and local requirements that affect operators in your market.
Honest status labelling
Nobody is marked verified. Because nothing has been verified.
This platform does not currently run independent verification of operators, and it will not pretend otherwise. Every member carries a status that describes what is actually on file.
An operator in the network. Basic information on file. This is the default state and it is not an endorsement.
The operator has provided detail about their houses, populations and capacity. Self-reported, not independently confirmed.
The operator has supplied relevant licences, registrations or certifications for the models they operate. Documentation is on file where it exists — for unlicensed models there is nothing to file, and that is recorded as such.
An operator actively participating in cross-referral and willing to be contacted about referrals outside their own capacity.
A partner with a demonstrated track record of responding to and closing cross-referrals within the network. Based on network activity, not on an audit.
A listing here is not a referral, a recommendation or a warranty. Any organisation or individual considering a placement must perform its own due diligence on the operator, the property and the applicable licensing, zoning and insurance requirements. Acquire Group Homes™ is not a party to any placement.
Eligibility
Who can join.
Open to operators of legally permissible shared-housing models who are willing to be honest about what they run.
If your model provides regulated personal care, supervision, treatment, habilitation, rehabilitation or clinical services, state licensing requirements may apply. Membership in this network does not authorise any operation and does not represent a licensing determination. Verify your own requirements.
