Control point 4 — Referrals · Referral partners
Tell us the housing need you cannot place.
If you work with people who need stable housing and you keep running into the same wall — no beds, no appropriate model, no one who will take the referral — tell us about it. We connect organizations with operators who run the right kind of housing.
We do not pay for referrals and we do not accept payment for placements. The relationship is about appropriate housing, not transaction fees.
What this is not
- We do not pay referral fees or per-placement compensation
- We do not accept payment to move someone up a list
- We do not promise a placement will be available
- We do not make clinical or eligibility determinations for you
- We do not override your organization's own screening
Patient brokering and unlawful referral compensation carry real legal exposure in most states. If you are looking for a paid placement pipeline, this is not it — and we would tell you that plainly regardless.
What you can expect
Operators who know the model
Housing operators who understand the difference between co-living, recovery housing, reentry housing and licensed care — and who operate the one that fits your population.
Honest capacity answers
If there is no bed, we say so. A referral partner who is told yes and then finds no room stops referring.
Clear house expectations
House rules, testing policies and resident agreements shared up front, so you can prepare the person you are referring.
No interference with your role
Your case management, treatment and supervision relationships stay yours. The operator provides housing.

The operators who never struggle with vacancy are the ones who built these relationships before they needed them.
