Acquire Group Homes

The Acquire Group Homes Tool Vault™

Every division produces
a document. This is all of them.

Thirty-two implementation assets across eight categories. Calculators that underwrite the deal, trackers that record what the authority told you, scorecards that rank your referral relationships, templates that structure the contracts, and scripts that get you in the room.

Status labels are honest. Live means usable today. Preview means included with a programme. Beta and In Development mean it is not finished — and we will not pretend otherwise.

How to read the vault

Nothing here is fake.

A calculator that does not calculate, a dashboard with no data, a template that does not exist — those are worse than nothing, because they cost you the trust you need later.

Every asset in this vault carries a status that describes what it actually is right now. Live tools work and you can use them today. Preview assets are included with a programme and are drafted rather than final. Beta means functional but still changing. In Development means we are building it and it is not ready.

You will not find a dashboard here displaying numbers we cannot source, or a tracker showing your data before you have entered any. Where a tool needs your input to be useful, it stays empty until you provide it.

The four statuses

Live

Built, working and publicly usable right now. These are the calculators, scorecards and decision tools on this site.

Preview

Drafted and included with a programme or challenge. Shown here so you know what you get — not downloadable from this page.

Beta

Functional but still changing. Usable, with the understanding that the shape may shift.

In Development

Not ready. Listed so the roadmap is visible, not so you can use it.

32 implementation assets

Eight categories. Everything the system produces.

Grouped by the work they support, not by where they came from.

Why we label everything

A broken tool is worse than a missing one.

You build a plan around a calculator. If the calculator was a mock-up, you built a plan on nothing.

No invented data

There is no dashboard on this site showing you referral numbers, market figures or partner activity you did not enter. Tools that need your data stay empty until you put it in — because fabricated numbers in a business tool are worse than an empty screen.

No invented partnerships

Organisations named in the referral system are research and outreach targets. None of them are partners, none of them endorse this platform, and none of them have agreed to refer anyone. The tools help you build those relationships yourself.

No legal conclusions

The regulatory tools help you ask the right questions of the right authority. They do not tell you that a model is licensed or unlicensed, and no output from any tool here is a legal or licensing determination.

Some assets are in development — status labels are honest
